Location: South Wales (Covering 5-8 Homes)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits

A growing nursing home provider is seeking an experienced Regional Manager / Responsible Individual to oversee a portfolio of 5-8 homes in South Wales. This role requires a strong, collaborative leader with a commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards across all homes.
Ensure full compliance with CIW regulations and industry best practices.
Lead, support, and develop a team of Home Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a person-centred approach to care.
Confidently challenge and be open to challenge to drive high performance.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to support the company’s ongoing growth and development.
Requirements:
Experience within the nursing home sector (essential).
Prior experience in a multi-site operational role (desirable).
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and governance.
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach with excellent communication and people management skills.
The ability to influence, challenge, and support teams to achieve outstanding results.
