About the Company

Our client is a known RC Frame and Groundwork contractor based in Bedfordshire. The company has a turnover of over £25 million per annum with project values varied from £2m - £10m. Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial and Residential projects.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £2m - £15m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for CVR Meetings, developing future client relationships and hold the end goal of maximising the project profit margin.

About the requirements

* Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or an RC Frame and groundwork contractor.

* Degree educated within Quantity Surveying or similar field.

* 5+ years experience within Quantity Surveying

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 per annum.
