Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple decarbonisation projects across the region from start to finish
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Manage all project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies (SHEQ)
Build strong relationships with site teams, office staff, clients, and stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on project cost and schedule
Implement high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projects

Requirements:

Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects (experience with public sector decarbonisation/retrofit projects would be a plus but not essential)
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Strong project management skills, including experience with Microsoft Project or Aster
SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, 1st Aider, CITB Temporary Works Certification (desirable)
Health and safety awareness and a solid understanding of building regulations
