Account Manager Team Leader

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have Team Management and Account Management experience.

* To manage and develop the Key Accounts team to deliver on client expectations and maximises revenue opportunities.

* Identify, retain, and grow new business clients.

* Ensure the team are fully trained, motivated, and supported and fully aware of the expectations of the role.

* Day to day management of the workload for the team

* Key Account management, conducting reviews where necessary in conjunction with the Key Accounts Director.

* Support on recruitment, selection, and induction of new members of the team.

* Responsible for training, development and coaching of team members.

* Conduct all company standard reviews for all team members – ensuring KPI’s and objectives are set, and performance and development of the individual is monitored.

* Negotiate on cost savings, commission, identify opportunities for multiple year deals and ensure all team members are fully trained in this area.

* Plan site visits for clients and communicate effectively with the client and the internal team.

* Attend management meetings, Industry events and FAM trips where requested.

* Contribute to the industry news update and social media posts to help increase awareness.

* Attendance to the company half and full year meeting (may involve overnight stays)

* Deliver to ISO standards. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the ISO27001:2022 ISMS, to support Information Security measures.

Essential Experience
