Tradewind Recruitment is seeking flexible and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for daily supply work across KS1 and KS2 in Croydon schools, starting in April. This role offers a mix of general classroom support and 1:1 SEN support on varied days each week.

The Role:

✔ Provide general TA support across KS1 & KS2
✔ Offer 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including autism
✔ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✔ Assist with small group interventions and EHCP targets

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
✔ Understanding of SEN support strategies
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Right to work in the UK
