The Role:

Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on-site.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

*

Work closely with other engineers and site staff to maintain operational efficiency.

*

Participate in a 1-in-3 on-call rota (£100 standby payment).

*

Overtime available at x1.5 rate.

Requirements:

*

Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).

*

Experience working in a building services, FM, or commercial maintenance environment.

*

Strong fault-finding and repair skills.

*

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
