Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Harkstead, Suffolk

Salary: £12.10 per hour 

Full Time or Part Time positions available

Shift Times 7.30am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 10.00pm

Requirement: Must be a car driver and have a UK Driving Lincenc as the location in rura.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.
Encourage and facilitate social interaction, hobbies, and community participation.
Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements:

Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential as full training is given.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
