Braxfield Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. A leading, London-Based housing association has appointed us to source a Handyperson to join their customer service department providing a first-class repairs and maintenance service to their residents.

If you are an experienced handyperson with a full UK driving licence then this could be the role for you.

Your role would involve a variety of duties from painting and decorating to replacement of fittings, minor leaks to assisting with cyclical maintenance.  Candidates are expected to have a basic knowledge of construction and be able to carry out basic repairs to a high standard. 

You will have good communication skills and an understanding of health and safety.  

You will be provided with a van for work purposes and must be happy driving around London. 

An enhanced DBS will be required.

Location:  London and Hertfordshire

Salary: Circa £32,500
