Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from a construction background looking for a varied, specialist role working on dynamic projects in the Residential sector in a rapidly expanding company who are moving from strength-to-strength in a role offering ongoing progression to senior roles?

This private company is committed to providing an excellent service with every project they take on. Thanks to their continual success and growth, they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their tight-knit, friendly team.

This role would see you taking on full financial responsibility of projects, including tendering, estimating and budgeting for different projects. As well as this, you would be running contracts, and liaising with the project team, subcontractors and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for an exciting opportunity to take on a role where you will take on end-to-end financial project responsibility in a rapidly expanding company.

The Role:

End-to-end financial responsibility of projects.
Tendering, estimating, pricing for jobs, labour and materials.
Mon-Fri, London-based travel.
Mostly covering sites within the M25.The Person:

Quantity Surveyor.
Background in construction.
