We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing and vibrant nursery in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children's development in a fun and caring environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
? Ensuring children feel safe, supported, and happy at all times.
? Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and learning.
? Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development through engaging play.
? Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
? Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods.
? Observing and recording children's developmental progress and milestones.
What We're Looking For:
✅ A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
✅ Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential).
✅ A genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A positive, caring, and proactive approach to childcare.
