Are you a PE graduate with a passion for inspiring young minds? Looking to gain hands-on experience in schools before pursuing teaching?

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and energetic PE Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants in secondary schools across Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the classroom, develop essential teaching skills, and make a real impact on students' learning and physical development.

Your Role as a PE Graduate:

Supervise and manage whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher.

Support students in PE lessons, extracurricular sports activities, and school events.

Provide one-to-one and small group support for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and engagement in learning.

Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and structured learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

A passion for working with young people and supporting their development.

Strong communication, leadership, and behaviour management skills.

Adaptability to different classroom settings and the ability to engage students effectively.

Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
