Salary - £26k - £28k P/A
Hours - 40 - 42.5 Hours per Week, Core Hours 9:00am - 16:00 Monday - Saturday (5 Days p/w)
Location - Huddersfield
Holidays - 25 + 8 Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Interact as first point of contact for all sales enquiries
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from various online platforms
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience
Collaborate with a sales team and support the Sales Manager in bringing customers through the door
Use CRM to manage sales leads, track performance and ensure sufficient communication
Occasional assistance of lighter marketing tasks (uploading posts to social media)
Occasional Saturday / Willingness to adapt to seasonal demand in customer-facing environmentKey requirements of the Sales Executive:
Strong communicator with confidence and patience to handle long sales cycle
Motivation to engage with customers and close deals
Ambition to increase turnover
Able to work in a small, close-knit team environment
Comfortable in use of CRM systems
Understanding of sales process
