Are you an experienced Project Manager in the Facilities Management sector looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized individual to lead and manage multiple facilities management projects across sites in Daventry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver facilities management projects from conception to completion

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project expectations

* Oversee the implementation of Health & Safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability

* Provide leadership and direction to project teams

* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution

* Produce regular progress reports for stakeholders

* Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Facilities Management sector

* Strong understanding of building services, maintenance, and Health & Safety regulations

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail

* Experience in Project Management in Manufacturing is ideal
