Streamline Recruitment is searching for HGV1 (C+E) drivers on behalf of our customer based in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex.

General details & requirements:

* This will be night trunking work, usually starting between 16:00-22:00.

* Shifts will generally be Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend shifts available.

* There will sometimes be day work available as well, so please get in touch if this is something you’re interested in.

* In addition to driving conventional artic vehicles, candidates must also be willing to drive wagon & drag vehicles if required – full training will be provided by the customer.

* You must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

* You will be required to pass an assessment.

* We will need to provide our customer with a 5 year work history.

Candidates must have the following documents:

* UK C+E licence – ideally with 1 year of practical experience but new drivers are also welcome to apply.

* UK Digital tachograph card

* UK CPC card

Payment information:

Please note this position is PAYE only:

* Monday to Sunday, first 8 hours - £20.17

* Overtime after 8 hours - £23.88

* 6th Day - £28.65

* Night Shift allowance - extra £11.04 per shift

* Minimum 8 hours guaranteed

* A 45 minute break will be deducted after the minimum hours worked

* Weekly payments every Friday
