We are now looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our award-winning team!
What we offer:
* £40,000 per year + service charge
* Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
* Summer closure: Two weeks off every August
* January closure: First week of January off

As a Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with our newly appointed Head Chef, Nathan Cornwell, who brings extensive experience from Michelin-starred kitchens, including Geranium (3 Michelin Stars) and Kadeau & Oaxen Krog (2 Michelin Stars).
This is an exciting role for a Pastry Chef looking to make their mark in an award-winning kitchen.
Requirements: We are seeking a strong, motivated Pastry Chef with proven experience in elite hospitality, ideally from a Michelin-level, 3 AA Rosette environment, or similar fine dining establishments.
The successful Pastry Chef will need to demonstrate:

* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and high standards in presentation
* A professional and positive attitude
