Quantity Surveyor

£50,000 - £63,000 Per Annum
TRS are working with a world- class infrastructure provider that work on a number of the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent basis.
About you

* Experience working as a Quantity surveyor within an Infrastructure environment.

* Experience working within the Civils and Utilities sector.

* Accredited by RICS and or CIOB.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety task which include:

* Price change orders and measure client design drawings (focus on earthworks, underground services, reinforced concrete, formwork).

* Manage subcontractor orders, general paperwork, and cost ledgers in joint ventures.

* Develop project budgets and address client queries related to scope of works.

* Procure materials (pipework, chambers, pumps, etc.) and create monthly client applications.
