LETTINGS / PROPERTY MANAGER – NEWCASTLE – REMOTE

CALLING ALL PROPERTY ENTHUSIASTS - This is a fantastic exciting opportunity for a Property Manager with good Lettings and Telesales experience to work remotely and start a new leg of an existing estate agency business based in Newcastle.

Selling all inclusive student letting packages to estate agency Lettings Directors and Owners, this role is home based and requires a person to have good time management skills and the discipline to start up something new and grow it into a larger business. Sales Representative duties will present themselves in the form of appointments with potential clients and therefore your own vehicle and UK drivers licence is required. A company vehicle may be provided at a later stage, dependent on performance.

Experience Needed

• Property Management and Lettings experience within a UK estate agency and experience of Sales and Telesales in any industry

• Must be very driven, with the will to succeed - the more you sell, the more you earn

• Good self-discipline and tiMe management to be able to start up and manage this business from home and report to the Director weekly

• Knowledge of UK utility systems and billing for property lets

• Good administrative skills and the ability to cold call and do market research and identify your own potential leads and manifest those into new clients

• Start as soon as possible

On Offer

• Salary of £25000 + commission (commission starting after 3 months)

• Probation of 6 months then possibility of a company car, dependent on performance

• Remote working, going out to see clients and meet with the company Director
