Service Account Manager

Basildon, Essex (Hybrid 2/3 days)

With previous account management skills, we are seeking a Service Account Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several service and installation accounts within the petroleum retail industry.

As the face of the company for your key accounts, your responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with our operational and project delivery teams to ensure continuous improvement and delivery for our customers.

through account specific KPI’s / SLA's you will drive contract profitability and identify growth opportunities.

*

Identify, resolve, and manage client issues/concerns from start to finish in a timely manner

*

carry out regular customer meetings and account reviews with your clients, in addition to running internal review updates with the internal senior management team.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

* Proven track record in all aspects of account management coupled with the ability to foster and nurture relationships at all levels.

* Good communication skills at all levels, verbal and written along with previous experience of presenting.

* Ability to grasp and understand our business

* Client minded - with strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills

* A strategic thinker constantly considering impact of internal and external actions on how you manage your account

* Good analytic skills, able to review data and use it to provide insights – internally and externally

* Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, admin, and clients
