The role
As a Family Solicitor, you will:

Advise and represent clients in divorce and civil partnership dissolution cases.
Navigate financial settlements, including property, maintenance, and pension issues.
Resolve children matters, such as child arrangements, parental disputes, and welfare concerns.
Provide clear, empathetic, and tailored advice to clients during emotionally charged times.
Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring compliance with court directions and timetables.
Qualifications and Skills

1 + years PQE
Strong experience in both private and public family law.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
