Friendly Property Management looking for mobile cleaning operatives
Full Driving Licence essential-ideally a car/van owner
We manage houses converted into Studios with communal kitchens and some bathrooms
The areas of travel are currently predominantly in Hounslow areas ,Sutton & within the M25 area.
We require a mobile cleaner and possibly an additional person who can do the following duties reliably to a professional standard
Fortnightly cleaning of all communal areas
Ensuring that averything is left immaculate
You will be responsible to ensure that you have the correct cleaning and/or maintenance equipment and products for each job
You will be expected to travel to several properties daily.
We are also looking for someone who can mow the grass regularly and undertake maintenance repairs.
There are 2 separate positions whcih would be ideal for a couple or 2 friends
Ideally looking for a car owner and we pay for travel expenses
HONESTY & INTEGRITY IS ESSENTIAL
Applicant MUST be a good time keeper and be able to work under pressure and be RELIABLE
