Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: BB9 9SJ - Burnley/Pendle/Nelson
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Contract Length: 12 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team.

* Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and database management.

* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

* Handle visitor access and site entry processes.

* Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth running of operations.

* Support compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a site or construction environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
