Business Development Manager- East Midlands Region

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Agency since 1980's

With more than 75 locations around the UK and whose business is growing rapidly and delivering consistent year on year growth, we are working with our client to source a skilled Business Development Manager to secure Industrial, Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, temp and perm A- Z Business in the East Midlands Region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in businesss development in the recruitment industry- temps or perms

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Please note you will need a recruitment sales background to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

* Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs

* Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Liaise with the Area Manager, Branches and colleagues in order to create contract-winning proposals and products for prospective clients

* Negotiate contract terms with clients

* Become a subject matter expert on their business services, processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news

Qualifications and Skills

* Demonstrated achievement in recruitment sales with a high street recruitment agency- temps or perms

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Advanced understanding of either the industrial, Manufacturing, Blue Collar, Commercial, Logistics, Construction or your specialist sector where you have had success within the recruitment market, a subject matter expert

* Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
