Carmichael UK are seeking a Site Agent to work on the Heathrow Airport project. As agent you will be assisting in the resurfacing of the Taxiway and Runways, working on a contracting basis. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for organising the works, overseeing the project execution, and ensuring it’s completed on time and within budget. You’ll also manage contractors to ensure they meet their responsibilities and deadlines.

Previous airport experience for self delivery is desirable. 

About you

Experience working on Civils, Airports or Major highways projects 

Proven technical and project management abilities

Strong organisational and management skills

Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations

Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work

Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment

Rate Inside IR35

working pattern - Monday to Friday days. There will be some nights if/when required
