We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clients team in Enfield. The Single Point of Access team urgently manages a growing number of OT cases, particularly involving moving and handling, to mitigate risks for both clients and the service.

Key responsibilities:

Assess and prioritise urgent referrals, ensuring timely intervention for individuals requiring immediate OT support, particularly in cases involving complex moving and handling needs.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and functional needs, focusing on safety, mobility, and independence within their home environments.
Create personalised care plans that address the specific moving and handling requirements of clients, including the selection and recommendation of appropriate equipment and techniques.
Identify potential risks associated with delayed intervention and take proactive steps to mitigate these risks for both clients and the service.Requirements:
