Tradewind is currently seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to join one of our esteemed primary schools in West Didsbury. This part-time position as a Teaching Assistant is available to start ASAP and may run for one academic term, with the potential to extend into the next academic year. The daily rate is £84-£90, depending on experience.

About You:
The successful candidate will support the progress of a high-achieving class while collaborating with the class teacher to assist children with additional needs in group settings and one-on-one.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Providing tailored support to pupils with learning challenges
Preparing teaching materials and organising resources
Building positive relationships with students, fostering trust and respect
Collaborating with staff to share best practices and resourcesEssential Requirements:

Strong references highlighting experience in KS1/KS2
Full employment history
