Change-IT are looking for a Development Lead to join a large public sector organisation based in London. This will be for 9 months initially with an option to extend.

This role is INSIDE IR35, paying up to £600 per day.

Experience Required:

* Expert in recent version of the following development languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Javascript, SQL, and Power Shell.

* Expert in TDD, Object Oriented Design, Clean Code Techniques.

* Expert in industry standard development methodologies and tools.

* Expert in industry standard content management tools and practices.

* Expert in analysing and optimising database and application performance.

* Expert in designing high-volume back-office systems using the Microsoft Azure.

* Experience deploying Microsoft Azure services using Azure DevOps.

* Demonstrable experience of working on high-volume transactional systems in the past 5 years.

* Experience maintaining applications on Azure is essential.
