Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives, including Order picking using MHE Llop and those keen to be trained on FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP.

No experience or licences? No problem! Full training and formal one-week inductions are provided in-house. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with:

Consistent attendance
A strong focus on quality over quantity
The ability to work continuously and effectively throughout the day
Pay Rates & Premiums:

Base pay: £12.44 per hour
Shift premiums:

6am – 11:59pm: +15%
Midnight – 5:59am: +25%
Saturday (6am) – Monday (6am): +10% (on top of shift premiums)

Overtime: Time and a half for over 40 hours
Bank holidays: Triple time
Shift Patterns:

Rotational shifts: 6am–2pm/ 2pm-10pm  / 10pm–6am
Some fixed shifts available for night or day shifts
Flexible weekend work: Sunday 6am – Saturday 6pm
4-week rotation, with overtime available
What’s Provided:

Paid break times: 30 minutes + 15 minutes
Training includes classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
