Looking for a Project Manager to work on a education refurbishment scheme in London valued at circa £15million.

The ideal Project Manager

Experience delivering commercial, residential, education on refurb/new build schemes circa £40million.
Ideally have main contractor experience and able to lead a project as a no. 1
Project manager with a good blend of skills of having a good understanding of design, commercially astute and able to drive a project.
