Construction Recruitment Group are recruiting. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience working on sprinkler systems. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role includes a company-provided van and all travel expenses paid.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.

* Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

* Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.

* Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on all project sites.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

* Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status and expectations to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience managing sprinkler system projects.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Strong knowledge of sprinkler system design, installation, and maintenance.

* Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Valid driver’s license.
