Residential Property Fee Earner
Location: Wombwell, Barnsley
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Our client is now looking for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their office in Wombwell. The successful candidate should be able to handle a mixed caseload from inception to completion, unassisted or with minimal assistance.

Reports to: Head of Department
Previous experience: Must be able to manage a caseload unassisted

Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing a mixed caseload from inception to completion (Freehold/Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages etc)
- Liaising with clients and 3rd parties
- Able to run Title checks and manage enquiries
- Ad-hoc duties
