JOB DESCRIPTION - Year 6 Teaching Assistant - Salaried Teacher Training

Year 6 Teaching Assistant
Assisting KS2 students with their academia such as Maths, English and Science
1:1 and group work outside the classroom to focus on a specific topic
Supporting students with various additional needs including; Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and more
Enrolling onto the Aspiring Primary Teacher Program (Schools Direct)
September 2024 Start for full academic year
Full Time, Long Term
Monday-Friday
£105 - £110 Per Day

A bright graduate with a 2:1 or 1st Class Degree
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Confident with KS2 curriculum
Must be confident and ambitious to make positive impacts on pupils
To be able to tailor your communication so all students understand the work
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
To be able to use creative and imagination to engage students
