Our client, a leading residential childcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of safeguarding, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Support and develop a skilled team, ensuring they meet professional standards and provide exceptional care.
Foster a nurturing and structured environment that promotes positive outcomes for young people.
Ensure safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints are handled effectively and in line with regulations.
Lead by example, ensuring all staff work towards achieving positive outcomes in line with the Ofsted framework.
Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.Requirements:

? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
? Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
? Supervisory/leadership experience.
? Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
? Ability to manage staff development, training, and performance.
? A passion for providing high-quality care and making a lasting impact on young lives.
