What's involved?

As a HR Manager your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as well as managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent, whilst oversee and enhance employee retention, engagement and monitoring of overall performances.

As a successful HR Manager you will have proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in a senior role, preferably within the hospitality industry. CIPD qualification desired or equivalent professional. Must have strong analytic and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
