We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Pre-Plastering Labourer to join a busy housing development site in Grimsby. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for an experienced labourer looking for long-term, stable work.

The Role:

As the Site Manager's right-hand person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the site. Your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Pre-plastering labouring - ensuring all surfaces are properly prepared before plastering begins
✅ Cleaning out housing plots - keeping workspaces clean, tidy, and ready for the next phase of construction
✅ General labour duties - moving materials, assisting tradespeople, and maintaining site organization
✅ Site upkeep & safety - ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Valid CSCS Card - Mandatory for site access
✔️ Pre-plastering experience - Strong background in housing site labouring
✔️ Attention to detail - Ability to maintain a high standard of site cleanliness and preparation
✔️ Work ethic & reliability - A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
