As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. You will leverage your expertise in the tech/IT sector to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the business objectives.

The Candidate:
5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech/IT distribution sector.
An understanding of IT hardware and servers is desirable.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the tech industry, including emerging technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the tech/IT distribution industry.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with company goals and targets.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
