In2 Consult are partnering with a London based, scale-up Financial services organisation. The role will be great for those looking for a learning opportunity and a route into Management Accounting, also those who possess the ability to be reactive to incoming priorities to ensure the smooth running of supplier relations and the company's transactional accounting. 

Duties:

Managing the AP mailbox
Coding and processing sales and purchase invoices
Managing reconciliations for expense, supplier statements and bank accounts.
Query resolution
Credit card reconciliations
Bimonthly payments runs
Chasing for analysis of accounts 
Liaising with customers and suppliers on the phone and emails
The ideal candidates will have experience in end to end core transactional duties, looking for the opportunity to join a reputable business with the intention to hit the ground running and take over the ownership of the AP process.
