Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Nursery Assistant. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Nursery in implementing a varied and engaging play-based curriculum.

* Provide individual support to children, fostering their growth and development through play and structured activities.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment for all children.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the wellbeing of children in your care is more then great.

Qualifications:

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is essential.

* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.

* Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* A warm, caring, and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for working with children.
