Position for a Production Supervisor / Manager to join one of the fastest growing companies in the Northwest, in a fully autonomous role offering genuine progression opportunities.

Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a Production Manager to oversee a team of 35 at the company’s flagship site. You will report directly to the Site Manager and have full autonomy in your decision making.

An ideal applicant will have a background in production / operations, strong leadership abilities, and experience working in the manufacturing, heavy engineering, renewables, or similar industry.

The company turnover £500m+ per annum, operate from 9 sites in the UK, with imminent plans to open more sites both domestically & internationally. Due to continued growth & a recent promotion, we are seeking a Production Manager to join the business on a full-time & permanent basis.

In this role you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee & drive improvements across all aspects of production operations. You will be joining a business renowned for their retention & development of staff and given genuine opportunities for further progression.
