Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Reception Class

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Level 3 Teaching Assistant/EYFS to join a Primary School in Liverpool (L13) to work in a Reception class on a long-term basis starting ASAP.

You’ll be joining an inclusive, progressive and supportive school, focused on equality and inclusivity etc.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Role & Responsibilities:

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.
* Provide consistent support to children, responding to their individual needs.
* Support children with SEN on a 1:1 basis
* Collaborate with the teacher on lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.
* Deliver catch-up sessions to support student progress.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Non-Negotiables:

* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
* Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND, within the past two years.
* Passion for education and supporting children’s development.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
