Calibre Search is currently working alongside one of the East Midlands' most vibrant Engineering Consultancies. They have a modern office, with a firm focus on making your place of work somewhere to enjoy and thrive. They are a relatively young company but are already making a lot of noise within the industry and winning some of the UK's most sought-after projects. Due to an uplift in workload they are looking to add a Senior or Principal level Structural Engineer to support the existing team

Due to organic growth and their recent successes, they are currently looking to add a Chartered Structural Engineer to their team. They are looking for Structural Engineers from a building structures background, with a bias towards projects requiring structural and architectural steelwork. You ideally should be Chartered or near to sitting and be able to mentor and develop the team's younger engineers and help them to progress to the next level. Whilst they are an extremely well structured and organised consultancy, they do have the flexibility currently to mould the role around you. The role will involve working with established teams to manage/assist an existing client base, with a view to expanding a team-leading role managing a wide portfolio of work in due course.

The majority of their work is industrial/manufacturing, though they also undertake commercial and bespoke activities. Reporting to their Directors, you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge within Structural Design, CDM Regulations and contractual awareness.
