Plant Fitter - Halstead - up to £32,000

A well established engineering company in Halstead are looking for a plant fitter to join their team. You will need to have experience working with plant equipment, vehicles or other similar products to be suitable for this role.

The company will offer you the opportunity to work in a modern workshop on a wide variety of machines whilst being given the chance to up skill and learn more! You will receive 29 days holiday too.

What experience will you need?

Understanding of engines, electrics and hydraulics
Repair and diagnosing of faults on equipment
Ability to follow guidelines and keep records of work
Have worked on vehicles, generators or other equipment beforeWhat will your day to day look like?

Working on equipment such as excavators, power tools and generators
Diagnosing and fixing machinery
Working within a team to keep equipment in a great condition
Using a variety of electrical and mechanical skills on a variety of productsIf you enjoy working on new projects and having variety in the workplace this could be a great fit for you.
