Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global logistics business in their sales team to drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans and improve quality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maximize all potential selling opportunities.
Drive growth by expanding product sales across various ranges.
Lead, motivate, train, and support colleagues to help them reach their goals and objectives.
Continuously develop a strong sales pipeline, targeting both new and existing customers.
Proactively follow up on leads to create new opportunities.
Maintain high standards to improve and ensure consistent quality.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude, and work towards achieving goals and objectives.
Ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues to provide an excellent customer experience.What will you background look like?
Proven experience in business development with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
Capable of identifying and understanding customers' underlying needs, to benefit both the client and the business.
Passion for working in a customer-focused environment or relevant industry.
