CY Resourcing are partnering with a respectable Accountancy Firm located in Worcester, who are looking for an Accounts/ Audit Senior on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and regarded practice.

They are looking for someone who has practice experience and has an ACA or ACCA qualified, however this is not required.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

* Client Support: Address day-to-day client inquiries efficiently, providing timely solutions and fostering strong relationships.

* Audit Engagements: Conduct audits for various companies and charities throughout the year, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to regulations.

* Tax Compliance: Prepare and file self-assessment tax returns for clients within the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

* Collaboration: Liaise effectively with the tax team, as well as audit and charity management, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.

* Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing.

* Business Development: Identify and recommend opportunities for introducing additional services, enhancing client offerings and business growth.

* Technology Integration: Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency where applicable.
