As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of developing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an ability to seek out new prospects & bring them onboard. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within your accounts, upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets.  
Prospecting: This role will include new business so candidates should be confident in their prospecting abilities - this will include cold calling and lead generation.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, within the IT industry – having worked for an MSP undertaking new business duties.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of wireless, networking, and security solutions. Familiarity with cloud services is a plus.Benefits
