Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified.
Accurate monthly forecasting and the ability to challenge resources and costs.
Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting.

The Candidate

Educated to HND / Degree Level in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Role.
Good working knowledge and understanding of Construction and Contract Law.
