Site Engineer – Earthworks – Leicester

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a 6-month earthworks scheme in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a major project.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying for earthworks activities

*

Ensuring work is completed to design specifications, on time, and within budget

*

Managing quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards

*

Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers

*

Maintaining accurate records and as-built drawings

Requirements:

*

Experience in site engineering for earthworks projects

*

Proficiency with setting out equipment including GPS, total stations, and laser levels

*

Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

*

Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field

*

CSCS card and relevant site certifications preferred
