As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Do you love to be beside the seaside? Is snuggling down and watching a film your idea of a good night in? If you answer yes to either of these questions, then you’re just who we’re looking for to become a support worker at one of our registered services. We are looking to grow our team of dedicated, caring and enthusiastic support workers to enable five individuals we support to live the lives they choose.
If you’re looking to support someone who enjoys activities, then maybe you’re best suited to our 1:1 support service where you’ll be supporting a young man with a different activity every week! If you’re looking for the chance to support individuals with the life skills they need to live independently, then we have a service for you too. Supporting our lovely ladies in their home, you will be with them all the way while they go about their day; you’ll be their helping hand in the kitchen.  You may be supporting one of the ladies out for a coffee – and most importantly, making sure milk is bought on the way home! This service is perfect for someone who wants to see how small acts can mean so much to someone wanting to live as independently as possible.
