About the Role:

Hyperion Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a premier Build to Rent provider, for a dynamic and driven Leasing Associate. Based in London, this role is integral to attracting and retaining residents, ensuring they have a positive and seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of the community.

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed and accurate information.

Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process, ensuring a smooth transition.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, market conditions, and competitor properties.

Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements.

Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage leasing.

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation and preparations are complete.

Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and lease renewals.

Assist in organizing and promoting community events and open houses to attract new residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a leasing or sales role, preferably within the property management or real estate sectors.

Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for helping people find their ideal home.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant computer applications.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate prospective residents' schedules
