My client a Childrens Residential Service have openings within the South Ribble area.

Senior Team Leader/Team Leader role information:

Salary: £25,642.40 - £30,142.40 + £7,260 = £32,902.40 - £37,402.40 (including sleep-ins – they’re paid at £55)

Hours: 40 hours per week, 2 on 3 off rota pattern on a 5-week rolling rota

Location: South Ribble, Preston Size of service: 2-3 bedded homes Type of service: EBD and mild to moderate LD Benefits: - Attendance Bonus (£250 twice a year). -

Overtime rate at time and a quarter, bank holiday rate at time and a half. -

Ofsted Bonus - £100. -

Refer a Friend Scheme - £400. -

Employee of the Season – a full day annual leave agreed with your line manager.

Employee of the year - £500 cash bonus and a full day annual leave.
