As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
